Two ways to compute metrics

• From 2×2 table: enter TP, FP, FN, TN and click Compute metrics.
• From data (CSV): upload data, pick disease & test, define positives (level or cutoff), and click Compute metrics.

Notes

• Missing values in either variable are excluded in the CSV path.
• If any 2×2 cell is zero, a 0.5 continuity correction is applied for LR and DOR CIs.
